In response to federal funding cuts, Colorado Media Project is supporting a coalition of public media. I worked with Colorado Public Radio, Rocky Mountain PBS, and Rocky Mountain Community Radio to create successful grant proposals on collaborative coverage and digital tools. Read more.

I embed with teams to provide senior-level leadership. Common engagements include: stepping in during leadership transitions, standing up a new program, or giving a small team senior-level communications capacity a few days a week. Engagements are typically long-term and billed at a fixed weekly or monthly rate.
Maybe you need somone to lead a distinct project with a beginning and an end – a public event series, a strategic program or fundraising plan, or a journalism training. Projects are set up at fixed costs with clear deliverables, to help you stay within budget.
Sometimes you just need a few hours of support – drafting a speech or opinion piece, or coaching an executive on a particular issue. Hiring my services at an hourly rate might work best for you.
